April 28th we danced Tara again in Tokyo with some new and ‘old’ Tara sisters. Mattchan, an enthusiastic Tara sister brought her 92 year old mother who was a bit unsure and shy but loves dancing so she gave it a go. She was amazing and pretty much kept up with the whole thing. Everyone was so happy and willing to learn and express themselves through the dance. Yasko, the organizer of the group has had a year of personal challenges but herself, Izumi, our translator of texts and Tara supporter, met and set forth a new structure for Tara in Japan. I look forward to next years adventures. felicity
