Lubyov from Russia sponsored to attend Tara Camp on Kauai

Lubyov has been leading the Tara Dance in Perm, Russia for four years. Her only exposure was a weekend workshop that Anahata and I led in 2006. Living in the heart of the Ural mountains, it seemed like an impossible dream for Lubyov to be able to come to the Kauai Camp to learn more about teaching the Mandala Dance of Tara. A precious sponsor provided her camp fees. With great effort Lubyov managed to raise the money for flights and visas. Nina, a dear friend of hers was able to join her.  Lubyov reports…..

Dear Prema!

The atmosphere of love, harmony, caring, and absolute joy at Camp, remains in my heart. So many new experiences I could not immediately write a word of thanks. Words were not.

I looked through our photos, videos, listened to the audio recordings we made. I cried, filled with gratitude to all who were close during those wonderful days in August.

At first I could not believe that we managed to overcome many difficulties and arrive at the camp. 10 days passed very quickly. I so appreciate what a profound experience we gained through meditation, dance classes, and daily touching the practice of the goddess Tara.

My family, my friends and colleagues tell me that I have changed  – I shine, I am younger, happier.

In September, I held 3 meetings! We danced  the  21 Praises of  Tara , watched a video, talked about Hawaii, about the Camp, about the great teachers, dancers. At the meetings there were between 12 – to 26 people!

One of the meetings took place outdoors, in a mountainous area. After the practice, many new members thanked me for the exciting experience.

November 4-6 we will be celebrating the Perm   Dances of  Universal Peace Festival. Tara Dhatu Student Teacehrs will come, Karima from Moscow  and from St. Petersburg – Shahodat. We  will Dance the  21 Praises of  Tara 1 day at the festival.

Again I wish to express my gratitude for the opportunity to be with you at Camp, for the special support I was given and, for all the help in teaching me through the Tara Dhatu Student-Teacher Program.

I wish you health and harmony and hugs.

Greetings from Nina and love from all our Perm Sanga

OM TARE!
