Abraços e beijos!!!! ( Embraces and Kisses)
We had our Tara meeting on Monday, and we talked about the effect of the workshop on Music with Anahata. Everyone had a deep experience.
Many times, during the weekend,  my mind said to me, it’s impossible!!!!Then there was the moment I understood the meaning of the emptiness of the music. I was experiencing it in my body and in my feelings. The first time when I was trying to play the harmonium the sound was terrible.
I found my way to play needed to include moving my body. Then the pleasure took place, the sound was so beautiful. I was full of joy!!!!!!
Thank you Anahata for the opportunity for me to overcome this block and find pleasure in making music!!
