Tara is dancing in Pacifica

This month we celebrated our last circle of the year! We made it through 2021!!!
Jacquelyn arrived at Shell Dance first and we went outside to share as it was a clear and beautiful day. As Jacquelyn spoke I created a rose petal heart, an offering to the land. The heart was formed as Jacquelyn spoke of the recent loss of her Father. It was so good to have some quality time together before the rest of our group arrived.

All at once everyone arrived and we began with a Sound Healing session.
Being flexible to be in service to the circle, we went into the sound session with each having a tuning fork. I used my planetary set, each dancer had a tuning fork to align with the Earth, the Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus and Mercury. As everyone relaxed I watched the shift of release on all of our beautiful faces.
The sun was about to go down so after 5 minutes of silence we went outside to dance Motivation and Shanti Deva. The timing was perfect. On the last line of Shanti Deva’s Prayer, “May I dispel the world’s misery, with my love and light” the sun set in glory. An auspicious beginning to our practice.
We then went into a meditation practice to invoke Mother Tara. It was a deep and powerful Mandala practice.
We were beaming during the dedication.
We then shared an amazing potluck.

After the challenging format of working with zoom is was wonderful to be able to enjoy in a live class to the flow of the group.
I am so grateful to this circle that continues to show up, small though we may be, we are mighty in our devotion and dedication to dance through this time of unsure and sometimes unsafe circumstances. We support each other as each of us moves through the Mandala of our lives, the turning of our personal circumstances.
We are committed to sending our light out into the world. We have come together during the pandemic and it has been a great blessing, even with social distancing and masked we did it!!!
Now we complete this season of merry days with our offering of the Mandala of Tara setting our intentions and giving it all away for the benefit of all beings everywhere with out exception.

I always look forward to the sound healing that you give prior to our Tara practice. The healing energies from drum, bells, tuning forks, and chant resonate, bringing a sense of calm, peace, and unity to our Tara dance group.
Pia’s Angelic Tara chant singing brings her sessions to a superior level of healing! They set the stage, inviting us to a united foundation for our Sacred dance practice.

I loved dancing while the sun moved through various stages of setting. It brought our Tara dance energy to another level as we combined and integrated nature’s sun vibrational energy with that of human dancers. This practice was powerful and greatly enhanced the healing energy generated providing much benefit to all sentient beings.
